Santa Barbara is well known for its beaches, downtown shopping, historic Spanish buildings, beautiful weather and gorgeous views.

Activities include boardwalk biking, mountain biking and hiking, ocean boating (whale watching or day trips to nearby Channel Islands), vibrant night life, and much more.

Just over the mountains is the quaint town of Solvang with its famous wineries (location for the movie "Sideways"), Danish shops and restaurants, hang gliding and glider tours, and Indian casino gambling and entertainment.
