Mountain Guest House

Our guest house is located on 90 acres of beautiful land with amazing ocean and mountain views. Owners live on land and are here to assist you with whatever you might need.

The house has one large bedroom with sitting area and master bathroom. The bedroom looks out onto a bricked in courtyard with firepit and bbq area. This area is perfect for hanging out, or entertaining. Front porch has amazing views and little sitting areas. Fun, bright colors on the walls make for a fun getaway.

Rental Includes

• Full kitchen
• King-size bed with goose down comforter
• Hardwood floors made of recylced local trees
• Large patio with fire pit
• Small patio great for tea or reading
• Jacuzzi (short walk to shared jacuzzi)
• Optional Spa Package can be purchased

Rates / Conditions (rates include tax)

• Mon - Thurs: $165 per night
• Fri - Sun: $185 per night

• Cleaning fee: $50.00
• Extra guests (over two guests): Adults are $20 per night; children $10
• One nighter fee: 25.00 extra, plus cleaning fee

A Deposit is due in the mail to hold your reservation. Payments are made in Check, Cash, and Pay-pal.

Check In anytime after 2 p.m.; Check Out at 11 a.m. sharp please.
